1. Can you deliver the products to my house?
Yes we can deliver to any part of the city . We are currently active in Mumbai & Pune.
2. Are there any charges for delivery and collection?
We like to serve you as soon as possible. Inorder to not make you wait to start living comfortably we send the products as soon as possible. Hence we charge a nominal amount for delivery and collection depending on your location. Our customer support team will tell you the transport charges upfront at the time of placing the order. Incase you do not have a lift and the products are required to be carried through the stairs please let us know at the time of booking so we can arrange for extra labour accordingly and there will be additional labour charges for the same.
3. Do you help us with relocation?
We can definitely help you with relocation. Please let us know in advance where and when you would like to move the products, we will provide you a quote for the same and make all the arrangements once you confirm. If you choose to transfer the products yourself any damages that occur would be recovered from you.
4. What if my building does not have a lift?
In case you do not have a lift or permission to use the lift at your premises, extra labor charges will be applicable to carry the products via stairs; amount will depend on the order size and floor level.
5. What are the delivery hours and what if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
We provide delivery between 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Any delivery or collection after working hours will be chargeable at 1.5 times the normal rate. After you place the order, our representative will give you a call to book a delivery slot. In case you are not at home, you have to appoint a representative (flatmate/friend/relative) to collect the order and sign the contract on your behalf. Lessee or his/her representative has to be present at the agreed date and time.
6. Who deals with labor (hamaali) union and transport union issues?
Ambassador Rentals deals with transport union at loading and unloading area. However, if there is labor (hamaali) union issues at your location and they do not allow us to unload at your place, you have to deal with them.
You can modify your order items up until one day before the agreed delivery date, unless it is a customized order. You can email us the modification details or call us. Delivery time and date may change due to modification. If you modify the order items up until one day before delivery, rent and deposit will be charged as per new items in the order according to rates mentioned in the website at the time of ordering.
